Welcome to Athlete Standard. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, products, and services. By accessing our website or purchasing from Athlete Standard, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Athlete Standard provides apparel, accessories, custom products, and related goods and services through its website and other sales channels. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the site.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.
3. Products and Services
We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, sizing, colours, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product images, colours, or descriptions will appear exactly the same on all screens or devices.
We reserve the right to:
• modify or discontinue products at any time without notice
• limit quantities available for purchase
• refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, or availability
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the site are in CAD unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. You authorize Athlete Standard to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization fees, and any other stated charges.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and processed.
5. Orders
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Athlete Standard.
We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
• suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• product unavailability
• pricing or listing errors
• incorrect billing or shipping information
• misuse of promotions or discounts
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.
6. Custom Orders and Personalized Products
Athlete Standard may offer customized, personalized, team, or made-to-order products. By submitting artwork, names, numbers, logos, initials, or other custom content, you confirm that you have the right to use and authorize reproduction of that content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted customization details are accurate, including spelling, sizing, numbers, names, colours, and artwork approvals.
Once a custom order has entered production, it may not be changed or canceled.
Customized apparel is non-refundable and final sale except where required by law or where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
Athlete Standard reserves the right to refuse any custom order containing content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines provided by Athlete Standard are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• carriers or postal services
• weather or natural events
• customs processing
• supply chain disruptions
• incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon delivery to the address provided, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible non-custom items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our posted Return Policy.
To be eligible for return, items must generally be:
• unused
• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition
• returned within the applicable return window
The following items are final sale unless otherwise required by law:
• customized or personalized apparel
• made-to-order items
• clearance or final sale items
• gift cards
• items marked non-returnable
Customized apparel is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective, damaged, or fulfilled incorrectly.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, images, videos, product names, branding, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Athlete Standard and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or exploit any part of the site or its content without prior written consent from Athlete Standard.
10. User Content and Submissions
If you submit reviews, testimonials, feedback, photos, comments, or other materials to Athlete Standard, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, and distribute that content for marketing, promotional, operational, and business purposes.
You agree not to submit any content that:
• is false, misleading, or defamatory
• infringes any intellectual property or privacy rights
• is unlawful, abusive, or offensive
• contains malware, spam, or harmful code
We reserve the right to remove or decline any user-submitted content at our discretion.

In any case, Athlete Standard’s total liability to you for any claim relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to Athlete Standard for that product or service.

• any content or customization materials you submit
